I produced concert videos for the Allianz Music Ensembles’ Great Composers Chamber Music Series, including “The Heights of Haydn” and “The Magic of Mozart” performances. Multi-camera setup with professional audio recording and photography.
Chamber music production is a different discipline from full orchestra work. The ensembles are smaller, the performances are more intimate, and every detail is exposed — there’s nowhere to hide a bad mic placement or an awkward camera angle when it’s a handful of musicians in a room. The audio capture especially has to be precise because the audience for this kind of content knows exactly what it should sound like.
I also shot photography during performances and produced graphics for the series packaging. The multi-year engagement meant the visual identity evolved over time as the series grew.
